Holiday shipping cut-off time
- Holiday shipping cut-off time for all shipping options (including FREE standard USPS, USPS Priority and Priority Express) is 5 PM PST, December 19 for U.S. and December 8th for Canada.
- Order placed after 5 PM PST, December 19 will be processed and shipped on December 30, 2016.
- USPS Priority and Priority Express are available at a fee. Options are displayed at the check-out step.
Holiday order processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
How much is shipping? Is shipping always free?
Shipping is always free for U.S. domestic shipment when you select the standard shipping option. Faster shipment options are available at the indicated shipping fees at the check-out step.

How soon do you ship an order once it has been placed?
Order must be placed by 11 am PST, Mon-Thurs to be processed day of purchase. Most in-stock items ship within 2 - 3 business days of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Back Order Items
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.
How is returned shipping paid?
Return is always free. A pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label is provided. See "How should i send my return back?" in the Returns page for details.
What’s your return policy?
We gladly accept the return of any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise without any damages within 30 dates from the date of receiving your package. Your return must include original packaging, tags and original invoice. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts for ressons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Your return package must be post-marked within 30 dates from the date of receiving your package in order to qualify for returns or refunds.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items on sale but not marked Final Sale are OK to return within the 30-day time frame.

How should I send my return items back?
A pre–paid, pre–addressed shipping label is included in your package. Affix this label to your package. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and drop if off at the post office or post box. No postage is required.
Your return should include original packaging, tags and original invoice. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered without any damages. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 dates from the date of receiving your package in order to qualify for returns or refunds.
What if I want to exchange my item?
Please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
How soon will my returns be processed?
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Need A Gift At The 11th Hour?
- e-gift card will be delivered as a PDF to your email inbox with a link to download that very same PDF.
- The pdf is formatted for standard US letter size so you can print it out easily to put it in an envelope and gift it in person. Or you can email it to that lucky person of yours.
- e-gift cards can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were originally purchased, and can only be redeemed for purchasing our products.
- e-gfit cards cannot be redeemed as cash.
- They are not refundable/returnable.
