RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What’s your return policy?
We gladly accept the return of any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise without any damages within 30 dates from the date of receiving your package. Your return must include original packaging, tags and original invoice. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Your return package must be post-marked within 30 dates from the date of receiving your package in order to qualify for returns or refunds.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items on sale but not marked Final Sale are OK to return within the 30-day time frame.
Can I return sale items?
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items on sale but not marked Final Sale are OK to return within 30 days of receiving your package.
How is returned shipping paid?
Return is free for U.S. and Canada orders. A pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label is provided. See "How should i send my return back?" for details .
For returns from outside the U.S. and Canada, customer is responsible for its shipping fees. Return shipping must be shipped using a trackable method and packaged to ensure that the items inside will not be easily damaged during shipment. Please see the next section for details on packaging your return items.
How should I send my return items back?
For U.S. and Canada returns, a pre–paid, pre–addressed shipping label is included in your package. Affix this label to your package. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and drop if off at the post office or post box. No postage is required.

What if I want to exchange my item?
Please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
How soon will my returns be processed?
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
